    Sambonet刀叉分不锈钢和镀银两种。不锈钢刀叉原料采用型号为AISI 420的不锈钢，这种钢材能使刀叉的锋利程度及耐氧化程度得到保证；镀银刀叉所采用的金属银的纯度达到了99.95%从而使镀层更细腻更牢固，镀层的厚度达到了30mrcion  。镀银工序采取了新工艺使镀层的硬度达到了180Hcv，是传统工艺坚固度的2倍，在易磨损的部位延长使用寿命，以达到降低成本的目的。同时今年新推出的一款“DESIGN”系列，流线型较好，简单大方，易打理，是星级酒店的首选。

    Sambonet餐具也具有它独特的创意，以时尚和古典相结合，即传统又不失现代，体现了设计师独具匠心的创意。餐具制造中工厂采用了1.5—2.0mm厚度的不锈钢板AISI 420（EN CUNI18ZN20），这种不锈钢的特点是在牢固性和延深性较为空间。在焊接中，所用的焊接金属是银铜合金，保证了抛光的持久程度及牢固度。
